Weight Loss for People Who Feel Too Much was a HUGE success last holiday season and this past year! This course is formatted as a weekly intensive to help you move into the new energies of 2012. I will guide you through a series of my patented IN-Vizion® Process journeys to re-pattern your thoughts, allowing you to achieve inspired progress as we move into 2012. I will help you welcome and embrace the most powerful, healthy, vibrant YOU as we enter the greatest manifestation time humanity has ever known.
I specifically created this teleseminar and support forum to guide you through Weight Loss For People Who Feel Too Much. You will learn how to release excess weight, manage emotional overload, and control food triggers. This program works if you’re willing to work it. You will receive guided meditations, course handouts, a community forum and a plan to keep you grounded and on track around feelings and food.
If you identify with the term “people who feel too much”, you’re likely gifted with an intuitive process called clairsentience. Clairsentience is the intuitive faculty that allows us to sense the emotional temperature of our environment. It allows us to be empathetic, and opens us up to feel others’ feelings as well as our own. BUT, this heightened awareness, if unmanaged, leads to EMPATHY OVERLOAD and a strange, complex relationship between weight, feelings, and food.
You may just be born this way, as some of us have a greater sense of the bond between all living things. However, you can also develop this intuitive sense as a means of self-protection due to difficult experiences in childhood such as mental, physical, emotional abuse, trauma, alcoholism, parental abandonment etc.
In the 22 years of my practice as an intuitive counselor and life strategist I have found that people who feel too much have a distinct relationship to food and weight – you can gain or lose weight in the strangest ways while others can diet, or not diet, and eat with impunity.
I’m speaking from experience, too (one would hope the teacher has first hand knowledge of what she teaches)! When my mother died I gained 70 pounds in three months and I couldn’t possibly have eaten enough to do so! Almost overnight I ballooned up to 219 pounds and although I will admit to having some ice cream and cookies and the odd binge it wasn’t enough food to physically change my weight that much. It was psychically though. I ballooned up at least another 20 pounds until one day I surrendered.
Over the years I had tried everything from dieting to OA, but then I had a big AHA moment. I linked my empathy overlaod with my inability to lose weight and my bizarre weight fluctuations. Then and only then, I was able to drop the weight, stop dieting, and find peace with this. That said, feeling too much doesn’t go away and I had to create strategies to cope with feeling too much and food. Those proven strategies are what I share with you in this course.
It is manageable, however, and this is what I provide you with: a mind/body/spirit program that is metaphysical in nature, one that I know works. This is not a diet. A food plan is suggested but our focus is on the metaphysical dynamic of body armor, protection, emotional overload and self-awareness. If you follow this plan you will see results.
The course begins with an introductory live class. The teleclass will be recorded and mp3 downloads of the class will be available to you. The rest of the classes will be available via download. You will also have access to a support forum for chat and camaraderie, where you will be able to access wisdom and ideas from each other. The course is archived in your own personal page on our site as part of your registration. You will be able to revisit it any time you like for a total of three months.

We do ask that you be able to download and open PDF files, mp3 meditation and class recording files (larger files), and have some knowldge of how to access and navigate a forum. You do not have to be "super techie" merely able to download and open the files. The forum is suggested, but not required.
